You might have questions like:
→ Why should South Asian women of ALL AGES strength train?
→ How do I train my muscles?
→ I feel sore after training. What do I do when I’m sore?
→ How do I structure my workouts?
Kaur Sports offers FREE monthly weight training sessions in partnership with Snap Fitness North Kellyville. We go through all these questions in depth, teach how to use the gym equipment, and what exercises to do as a beginner.
The notes attached (click button below to access document) is from our first “Lift with Mums” event. We catered this session towards the mums of our community, to give them a chance to connect and move.
Movement is medicine. Get yourself and your mums/aunties into strength training.
